The Harris
Foundation works in many locations around the world to
help meet the needs of children, and so it is especially
important that we also help children in our local area.
In this work we are blessed to be partnered with the Baptist
Children's Home and Family Services.
Each year the
Foundation works to raise money and awareness for the
BCHFS Children's home in Carmi, IL, donates money through
their annual golf scramble, and host a Christmas party
for kids who are residing at the home, but have no family
to go home to during the holiday season.
We encourage
you to get to know the wonderful staff at the Baptist
Children's Home in Carmi, and to pray about supporting
the great work they are doing.

The mission
of the BCHFS is o care for children who have been abused,
abandoned, neglected or in crisis. Additionally, they
seek to bring new hope and new health to families needing
help coping with parenting and/or other social issues.
Their support comes in many forms and they appreciate
all that the area churches, associations and individuals
do for them.
